Diana Ross-Gotta

My name is Diana and I am a movement and meditation guide. I seek to help others identify and develop tools that allow for rest, release, resilience and renewal. I came to the practices of yoga and meditation as a means to balance the stress of work and everyday life. I am drawn to the therapeutic qualities of yoga, especially those of the restorative practice. In my classes, I  empower my students to listen to their bodies and move in ways that are kind and accessible. I draw inspiration from a range of sources -- nature, psychology, spirituality, astrology and  neuroscience. My classes weave together thoughtful movement, breath awareness and meditation.

I received my initial yoga training in 2015 under the guidance of Keri Setaro and Paula Loose. I have deepened my training with a focus on Restorative and Yin Yoga through Laughing Lotus and the individual instruction of Bo Forbes and Bethany Leigh.

In addition to teaching movement classes, I also offer guided meditation. My approach integrates traditional practices with intuitive guidance. I teach as part of the virtual studio, Space2Meditate as well as offer private and corporate experiences. I have completed the Foundations of MBSR teacher training and am currently working towards my MBSR teacher certification.
